At Tasting Table, every recipe that was developed and/or tested in the test kitchen passed through my hands. I also developed and tested recipes myself there, including these green beans and this parsnip salad. My new single-ingredient book, published by Short Stack Editions, comprises 20 recipes featuring sweet potatoes. Some, like Japanese Beef and Sweet Potato Stew, are savory; others, like Trifle with Sweet-Potato Jam, Apple & Walnuts, are sweet.
